How to order

Easy 3-step process to order your portrait
CHOOS YOUR STYLE | CHECKOUT | ENJOY!

Step 1

In the main menu, click on Shop your Portrait. Select your chosen style by clicking on the image or title.

Step 2

Choose any add-ons (optional), enter your pet’s name and make sure you remember to upload your pet’s photo. For best results, follow our Photo Guidelines here
All done? Click on the Start your Portrait button.

Step 3

Insert your details. Double check everything to make sure your order goes through.

Step 5

Choose your payment option. You can choose between EFT or PayToday
You can also add a custom note to your order.
Once you’re done, click on “Place Order.”

All Done!

You will receive your portrait via email within 5 working days. If there are any issues or delays, we will let you know.
