All portraits are made-to-order based on the photos and preferences you provide. Please make sure the photo is clear and follow our Photo Guidelines – what you send is what we base your artwork on.

You may not resell or reproduce your custom portrait for commercial use without explicit permission.

Estimated turnaround times are listed on the order page and may vary depending on volume and complexity. We’ll keep you updated and communicate openly about any delays.

5. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in Namibian Dollar (N$), and payments are processed securely via PayToday or EFT (direct bank transfer). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details. Digital downloads are non-refundable. Physical portraits can be replaced if damaged in transit.

We do our best to ensure a smooth experience, but we can’t be held responsible for things outside our control, like courier delays, customs hold-ups, or website errors.
